Rates & Reservation Policies

Rates

• $95–$150 per night (depending on length of stay), based on double occupancy.
• Additional persons (maximum 4 per cabin) will be $20-$35 extra per night.
• All rates are subject to an 8% bed tax.

Deposits/Payment

• A check or money order deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required for reservations of up to 7 days. Longer stays will require higher deposits.
• The balance (plus tax) is due upon arrival, payable by personal, business, traveler’s check or cash in US funds.

Cancellations/Refunds

• Notice must be given at least 21 days prior to day of arrival for deposit refund (less a $35 processing fee).
• Reservations longer than one week require earlier notice, and will entail a higher processing fee.
• With less than 21 days notice your deposit will not be refunded, and the remainder due on the reserved stay must be paid unless the cabin can be rented to other guests.
